Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy

Consultant Initiated Rescheduling or Cancellation

1. Requesting Rescheduling or Cancellation requests will only be accepted if transmitted using the tools provided on the website, or by direct email to teledesignpro@gmail.com. No other method of transmission will be accepted.
2. Rescheduling
   You may request to reschedule a Virtual Consultation without penalty by notifying TeledesignPro at least four (4) hours in advance of the scheduled time. You will be notified of your request and provided the opportunity to agree to rescheduled time or to cancel the Virtual Consultation.
   b. If you request to reschedule a Virtual Consultation less than four (4) hours prior to the scheduled time, you will be declined due to “short notice” as a result no refund.
3. Cancellation
   If you request a full cancellation of your Virtual Consultation you must submit a request at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance of the scheduled time. Cancellations with sufficient advanced notice will not be penalized in any way and you will receive a full refund.
4. No-Show
   TeleDesignPro has busy professionals who set aside time to consult with you. It is extremely discourteous and disrespectful of their time to fail to participate in your Virtual Consultation at the scheduled time. Such “no-shows” will result in immediate termination of appointment and loss of money and fees associated.
